 Sam Bandich (Head Receptionist) :

Sam has been working at Waterworks Rd Vet Surgery since May 2010. She has a degree in Forensic Science and plans to continue studies in the future with a degree in Veterinary Science. 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paige Willoby (Vet Nurse/Receptionist)

Paige is currently studying a cert II in animal studies and will then continue on to study a cert IV in vet nursing. Paige owns a boxer x staffy named Brian and a rainbow lorikeet named Buster

Sondra Walsh (Kennel Hand)

Sondra has always had a passion for the care of animals, which is why she chose a fulfilling career in vet nursing. Sondra is currently studying a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and has completed a degree in Zoology. Sondra grew up in Mackay and was always found playing with their staffies. When she is not working she loves to go for walks and exploring new places.

 

 



 

 Lucy Clarke (Kennel Hand)

Lucy is currently studying at Secondary School. She is passionate about animal welfare and enjoys looking after her neighbour's pets when they are away. She aims to study vet science at University when she graduates, and pursue a career as a vet. Lucy owns a budgie named Sunny and one chicken.

 

 Megan with Elfin

 

 

Megan (Receptionist) :

Megan is currently studying a degree in sport and exercise science. Megan has a Dalmation X called Sophie and a Fjord Horse called Elfin that she rides and competes with. Sophie is currently undertaking some laser therapy to help with her arthritis and is showing some positive results. Megan is an Equestrian Australia NCAS Level 1 coach and teaches in her space time.



 

 

Shona

 

Shona (Receptionist) :

 

Shona is a self-confessed crazy cat lady. She has a Bachelor of Arts with an extended major in Ancient History and a single major in Archaeology. Shona intends to continue studies with a future degree in Veterinary Science. She has a rescue cat named Olive and several Platy fish (Olive enjoys napping on top of the fish tank).

 


Nicole (Groomer/kennel hand)

Nicole does a wonderful job of keeping all our patients looking their best, including Truffle, the newest addition to Dr Ron's extended family.
